This means that a child using our Platform in a school setting will never be subject to any form of advertisements in the Platform. - During the registration of a Student User, we will ask a Teacher User or an Administrative User to provide basic information about each Student User or have each Student User provide such information, such as the Student User’s first and last name and/or initial, to create a username. - Our collection and use of data from any user is strictly limited to the minimum requirements needed for the operation of the Services. - Teacher Users and Administrative Users (collectively, referred to as “School Users”) may contact us at any time as described in the Section of this Privacy Policy titled “Contact Us” to request that we provide for their review or delete from our records any personally identifiable information they have provided about Student Users associated with their account. ## Legends of Learning Website Visitors Like many website operators, when someone visits our website, we collect information such as browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Our purpose is to understand better how visitors use our website. ## Types of Information We Collect **Information Users Provide to Us:** We collect information that School Users provide when using the Services, including when creating an account or contacting us with a question. Student Users will be asked to provide their first and last name or a nickname in order to access the Platform. - When registering for any Teacher Account, users will be requested to provide their first and last name, email address, subjects and grades they teach, school name, and the school’s physical address. - When purchasing the Service: Teacher Users will be asked for payment card information, which is processed by our third-party provider, Stripe. **Information Collected Automatically:** We and our third-party service providers automatically collect information during the use of the Services.
